Source Tonic

• 3 cl Source Gin
• Tonic

Pour the Source Gin, some ice cubes, and then the tonic into a long drink glass. You can add a sprig of rosemary to decorate and offer up its wonderful aroma.

Source Fizz

• 4 cl Source Gin
• 2 cl lemon juice
• 2 cl cane sugar syrup
• Sparkling water

Pour the Source Gin, lemon juice and cane sugar syrup into a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake until ice coats the sides. Pour into a tumbler glass and add sparkling water.

Gimlet

• 6 cl Source Gin
• 2 cl cane sugar syrup
• 2 cl lime juice

Half-fill a shaker with ice, add all the ingredients and shake. Pour into a martini glass or other small glass, keeping the ice in the shaker.

Gin Martini

• Half Source Gin
• Half Martini

Fill a mixing glass two-thirds full with ice, then add the Source Gin and Martini (or other vermouth). Mix for around 15 seconds. Pour into a martini glass (keeping back the ice), with a green olive in the bottom.

White Lady

• 2 cl Source Gin
• 2 cl triple sec (Cointreau, Grand Marnier)
• 2 cl lime juice

Pour the ingredients into a shaker with some ice. Shake until ice coats the sides. Serve in a martini glass without any ice.

Negroni Source

• 4 cl Source Gin
• 2 cl Aperol or Campari
• 4 cl white or rosé Pineau des Charentes
• 1 piece orange zest

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes, add the ingredients and stir with a spoon.

Bramble Source

• 4 cl Source Gin
• 1.5 cl lemon juice
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• 1.5 cl blackberry liqueur

Place some crushed ice in a glass. Pour in the Source Gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and blackberry liqueur.

Blue Source

• 4 cl Source Gin
• 1.5 cl lemon juice
• 1 cl triple sec (Cointreau, Grand Marnier)
• 0.5 cl blue curaçao

Pour all of the ingredients and some ice into a shaker. Shake until ice coats the sides. Pour into a martini glass, making sure to keep back the ice.

French Source 75

• 3 cl Source Gin
• 1 cl cane sugar syrup
• 2 cl lemon juice
• Champagne

Pour the Source Gin, syrup and lemon juice straight into the glass. Add the champagne and gently stir to retain the sparkle.

Vesper Source

• 2 cl Source Vodka
• 6 cl Source Gin
• 1 cl white Pineau des Charentes
• 1 piece orange zest

Put the ingredients in a shaker with 4-5 ice cubes and shake for around ten seconds. Pour into a martini glass (leaving the ice behind in the shaker) and serve with orange peel.
